“We’ve been going down to Devon since the early 1970s!

We want people to be able to come and share this special spot, create their own lasting memories and enjoy wonderful experiences with their friends and loved ones.”

Where is Heatherdown lodge?

Exmoor National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty which allows a unique opportunity to enjoy the wilderness and experience unspoiled nature.

The open moorland is protected by the National Trust and offers an abundance of walking routes filled with natural wildlife and shrubbery (including colourful heathers and butterflies).

The closest town is Combe Martin, which is a hub of activity and has a good collection of shops, tea-rooms and pubs.

The wider region of North Devon is renowned for its dramatic coastline and beaches. The beaches are clean, world-famous for surfing, and ideal for laying in the sun (the option of coastline canyoning or kayaking is there for the more adventurous).

The area is well-known to inspire creativity and could be a perfect getaway to envelop yourself in a good book.

Ultimately, Heatherdown Lodge is very unique and we love it! We continue to enjoy the property ourselves and we’re excited that we can share it with you.

We welcome your feedback as we are constantly looking to improve your stay!
